How can they utilise the Reminder, while a manifest Messenger has come to them?
Dhikra-Reminder-is one of the forty names of Adhikr. While Adhikr which explains each and everything as explained in verse 16: 89, and the Messenger who witnesses the life way Adhikr submits as explained in verses 2: 143 and 22: 78 came, if the people do not utilise It, how could the punishment be removed from them. But while revealing this verse, the revelation of Lord’s Book was not yet completed, and was not codified. So the punishment was removed from them.
While Adhikr-the Three Time Knowledge and the Splendid Book from the Three Time Knower mentioned in verses 41: 41-43-is formed today, when there is no even a believer anywhere in the world to familiarise Adhikr as the Shield and safeguard against all calamities, disasters, diseases and hellfire, and as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium, ten crucial signs of Dooms Day will happen one by one. It is told in verses 87: 9-12 that then you Remind, if the Reminder benefits; those who fear will be reminded with It. And the most unlucky who are to be roasted in the great fire will abstain It. And it is told in verse 89: 23 that on the Day the hell will be brought, the man will remember “it he had utilised Adhikr”. See explanation 6: 90; 20: 124-127; and 51: 55.
